Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bologna

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Le logement est agréable, situé dans un environnement calme, et il est très bien équipé et moderne (équipements cuisine et salons récents, système de chauffage/climatisation...). Marco s'est montré chaleureux et professionnel (vérification des pièces d'identité, taxe de séjour, réactif dans les échanges sur l'application, accueil avec présentation détaillée du logement...). Il a su s'adapter pour que les indications d'horaires du check-in soient respectées malgré une réticence initiale. Nous avons passé une agréable journée et nuit sur place. Merci beaucoup !

Also wenn man mit einem auto unterwegs ist sehr schöne und gute lage 15min bis bologna ca 1h von verona entfernt also kann man auch andere städte besichtigen und sehr nette menschen und sehr bequem hat mich sehr gefreut

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

Sono stato pochissimo solo il tempo della notte ma mi sono trovato benissimo. Una zona tranquilla ma comoda al paese. Bellissima casa.

Francesca molto elastica e disponibile, fin da subito! Tutto è conforme alle foto e l’appartamento mantiene le aspettative, anche per la sua qualità prezzo. Ci faremo sicuramente un pensiero di nuovo se dovessimo ricapitare!

My husband and our two children had the Devine pleasure of staying on the top floor of this beautifully renovated villa, which is located on a beautiful estate and has a beautiful view of the country side from one of the windows. The apartment was gorgeous and perfect for two adults and two kids. Our host was very friendly and hospitable and greeted us with a glass of local wine, cheese and fruit. We took a swim in the large in ground pool and relaxed on the lounge chairs before going to the near by town of Imola, to take a walk around the very cool castle. Bologna is a 25 minute drive and definitely worth a visit. Perfect stay in a perfect villa. Thank you so much for sharing it with my family.

Appartamento grande e confortevole, con tutto il necessario immaginabile e bel giardino. Zona tranquilla con tanti ottimi posti vicinissimi dove mangiare o prendere da asporto e benissimo connessa con il centro che si raggiunge in 20-25' con moltissimi bus. Host gentile e attento. Tutto perfetto.

siamo stati benissimo l'unica cosa che hanno descritto della quale non ho letto errore mio, non ci sta l'ascensore ma il resto è stato talmente perfetto che non ci possiamo lamentare. lo consiglio a tutti che vorrebbero riposarsi bene

Rita is very kind and caring host! I stayed at her place a bit more than a month. She was always proactive and ready to help when I needed. Apartment was clean and well kept. Perfect place to escape from city, there are a plenty trails you can walk. Local farms where you can buy a fresh cheese and fruits. Even though there were a lot of rains during time of a year I stayed, I was able to enjoy it in a full. Thank you, Rita!🤍

Überaus freundliche und zugewandte Gastgeberin. Paola hat uns des Öfteren mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten und klasse Tipps versorgt und war immer für uns da. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet mit eigenem wind- und regengeschütztem Plätzchen direkt vor der Haustüre. Gegenüber eine parkähnliche Anlage mit Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Insgesamt alles außerordentlich und liebevoll gepflegt. Ein „Paradies“ in der Emilia.

Abbiamo scelto l'alloggio di Dino per la sua vicinanza all'autodromo di Imola, in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e silenziosa, con parcheggio privato incluso. Dino è stato da subito molto chiaro e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, la casa è nuova, moderna e fornita di tutto e il suo giardinetto davvero molto carino. Se dovessimo tornare a Imola torneremo sicuramente qui, consigliatissimo!
