Its independence, its location on front of the Provence's giant ( Mount Ventoux ) , all combine to make your stay here very pleasant . Even small , nothing lacks : TV, air conditioning, private bathroom ... You will have access to the garden and pool, and the large veranda and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven , washing machine, dishwasher ...) As you wish , we can be or present, or discret in order to help you enjoy our little corner of paradise ( family atmosphere ) . Our house is located in a very quiet area , with the chance to be at a 10-minutes walk from the city center and our famous Roman bridge and vestiges . The nearest train station is in Avignon (45 km , 45 min) , you access from the highway exits Orange-Sud or Bollène . You can park easily in front of the house . As a car is essential to visit our beautiful region.

This villa is located 5 minutes from Clansaye Golf Course, 20 minutes from Montelimar and 10 minutes from Saint Paul Trois Châteaux. In Grignan, the Correspondence Festival takes place in early July, the Ardèche is nearby.

The room is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) located on the upper floor of the air-conditioned house with private bathroom. On the ground floor: shared living room with TV, Wi-Fi. The courtyard will allow you to park your vehicle safely (recharging an electric car is possible for a fee of 5 euros) Breakfast is included, please note that there is no kitchen.

It has been expanded by a modern addition.
