The ground floor consists of an open kitchen overlooking the room and the living room equipped with a giant screen. - 1 bathroom with 1 large shower and 1 separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with its bathroom and toilet. - A landing room that overlooks a connecting bedroom with the third bedroom. The property is fenced. A private indoor heated pool is available from April to the end of October inclusive.

Located in the heart of Bec-Hellouin, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this house invites you to experience an exceptional living environment. Explore the surrounding forests, picturesque villages, and enjoy walks, cycling, or horseback riding. The 2000m² (21528sq ft) property is bordered by the "Le Bec" stream and offers a spacious 150m² (1614 sq ft) interior with 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern, elegant bathroom.

Located in the heart of the charming historic village of Bec Hellouin and less than 100 meters from its abbey, this small 27 m2 apartment is nestled under the roofs of a typical house in the region. Private parking, Wi-Fi, a flat screen offering more than 200 French and foreign channels as well as access to Netflix are at your disposal free of charge. PLEASE NOTE, the access staircase may not be suitable for people with mobility issues (see photos).

Our Gîte is located next to the forest, 20 minutes from the pretty city of Rouen, 30 minutes from Neubourg, Bec Hellouin and Lake Poses (equipped for swimming and water games), 50 minutes from Honfleur, Deauville, Monet's garden in Giverny and 1 hour from Paris. Well located for visiting both the landing beaches and the Normandy beaches. On the leisure side, you have two bikes, a petanque court and foosball. Baby equipment available upon request.
