Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Située tout à côté de la gare de Bois le Roi, à 33 min en train de la gare de Lyon (Paris). Les grandes baies vitrées de la Kapla House vous immergent sur un terrain privé de 5 000 ㎡ où se trouve aussi notre maison de famille. Les amoureux de la marche, du VTT ou de l’escalade sont à moins de 10 min à pied des bords de Seine ainsi que de l'entrée de la forêt de Fontainebleau. Dans la mesure du possible, nous sommes flexibles quant aux horaires d'entrée et de sorties.

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Bois le Roi on the immediate edge of the forest. Very well equipped, it is very comfortable. At the end of the garden, you'll find a small gate that provides direct access to the fountainbleau forest. Possibility of multiple walks in the forest, on foot or by bike. You can also go to the remarkable sites of the fountainbleau forest as the beautiful site of Les Rochers Canons (hikes, climbing).

Les Longuives

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
