Little studio in the old town

In the heart of the historic city, 2 steps from the terraces, shops... Ideal for strolling around the region. Arenas-Nice(Tram) direct by bus line n°9 (with an airport stop). Internet and free wifi on site. Completely renovated, very functional. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Bench, comb bed: Hemnes Ikea (new mattresses 03/22). The kitchen is equipped, you just have to cook if you feel like it ;-) Sheets and towels are provided.

Very close to the historical village of St Paul, ideally located 7 minutes from Polygone Riviera (large shopping center), 20 minutes from Nice airport, a nice modern house, set on 1200 m2 of land with a heated swimming pool ( may to sept) . Terrace of 100 m2 with pergola and outdoor kitchen (Plancha). Many activities possible with families. Very nice discoveries with the neighboring villages.

Dans le quartier résidentiel du l'Ara à 7 minutes à pied du village dans un havre de paix . Charmant appartement de 60 m2 avec terrasse de 11 m2 dans une petite résidence avec magnifique aperçu mer par temps dégage. Arrêts de bus à 5 mn à pied. Parking libre devant la résidence. . Vence se situe à 20 minutes des premières plages.
