We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

We love our stay! The house is super comfortable, spacious and has everything we need to feel right at home. Best of all is that we were able to take our dogs, who also took a great advantage of the large, safe and well-maintained yard. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, Georgina and Givaldo were super attentive receiving us with a wonderful cake and a warm coffee! Are very quick in the answers. The location is great, close to several cool places to eat and stroll, but the house is in a very quiet street. It was a light ride, no worries. I highly recommend it to those who travel with pets or want a cozy place to relax and have fun! Summing up our journey from start to finish was perfect! Excellent accommodation, extremely clean and organized flat. The road for access is very well located, with a beach 1km away from the accommodation, only requires a little attention on the steering wheel because it has several holes and irregularities, we went in a high car so we had no problems.

Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

The apartment served us 100%! Selma is very polite and communication with her is very quiet. I only have two reservations: the electronic lock was not working very easily, we had a bit of difficulty in getting the password; the bulk of the cleaning. We stayed in the apartment during the Easter and Tiradentes holidays, and loved the experience! Even with the full city due to the holiday, the location of the apê is excellent and we were able to reach the beaches very easily. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The condominium also offers various leisure options, such as swimming pool, toy library and courts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Edenrique was super attentive from the start and helped us quickly get an extra spot for another car that went with us. We'll definitely come back more times! I highly recommend it!

The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta !
