Beach house holiday rentals in Boiçucanga

The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street because it faces the beach, we felt safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help a lot. The backyard of the house is huge, from the photos I had no idea how big it is. The balcony upstairs is great to spend the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

I went with my boyfriend and our little bulldog. The place is very special, with the balcony facing the sea and a free view. The showers are great and the air works very well. Our puppy loved it and we will come back again. There was no one on the beach, only a few students from USP and another guest. A place of peace and quiet

Great family experience. The house is excellent, very well cared for and cozy. It has a wide availability of utensils and equipment, including the beach, which made the stay much easier, as we do not need to take anything. The pool is cleaned every day, and maintains a pleasant temperature. Very well located, with easy access to the beach, which is quiet and clean. Laerte's house is a great time. Well equipped, well located and very organized. It is in a wonderful condominium, surrounded by other very beautiful houses. The neighbors are very restrained and quiet. The biggest positives of the house are: proximity to the beach, beach chairs and parasol with a hand cart to take to the beach, dishwasher in the kitchen, air conditioning in all the rooms and flexible check-out. What we miss most: potable water filter, a dumpster closer to the house to deposit the accumulated garbage and air-conditioning in the living room. The verdict: this is an excellent accommodation, which for a very attractive value has met all our expectations. I recommend to the entire community the stay at Laerte's place.

The host was very helpful. The house is located in an easily accessible, clean and organized condominium, with a beautiful swimming pool and in front of the beach. The house was clean and very organized, the hostess offers bed and bath linens which is excellent because we have more space in the bags and consequently in the trunk. Beds are comfortable and the internet is good. The employees of the condominium are very requested and we can enjoy a lot of silence and peace. We'll be back for sure.

The site is exactly as stated in the listing description. All very clean and organized (House, garden and swimming pool). The fact that the house is inside a neighborhood with access control made us feel more comfortable about security. The beach is very close to the house and is very clean and quiet. Location: the house is not facing the beach, but the condominium does, only a few meters and is already on the beach, detail the beach is clean, beautiful and with strong waves. I found it easy to find the house/condominium and it was also easy to check in General condition of the property: the house had everything it needed, it had a lot of cooking utensils and all that was in the description of the property, the most important factor was the cleaning, everything was clean and organized. I find it interesting to mention that the house does not have a covered garage, so if it is raining it is a bit complicated especially at check-in and checkout time. We have just finished a wonderful stay at Carol’s house. Everything was perfect. Very comfortable. Great location. Easily walkable to the great beach and bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend it.

Vera's house in Juquehy is the closest you will find to paradise for an awesome beach time experience. The house is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen and the dining area are fully equipped (something we value as people who like to cook). The house is close to the beach (a 5 minute walk will do) and the beach service is great. We will definitelly come back anytime soon.

Marvellous stay. Extremely polite and attentive Márcio. You sent me all the directions before I even reached out. When the house was available, he immediately let us know and pass the guidelines for access (a pity that we got traffic and we were unable to enter the rs time). the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

We loved our stay at Hilda’s house, the house has so much charm and character is beautifully situated in the trees. It was perfect with our two young children and we loved falling asleep to the waves and birds. Bonete is such a special place, I hope we return again. We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

Foot in the area, beautiful condominium, quiet and with many birds. House as advertised, the sheets and towels were clean. The beach is quiet because it is almost private, with shade and exclusive space for those who are in the condominium.
