Just a few steps from the beach, this tropical house surrounded by a large garden is a perfect retreat for families and their pets (up to 2). With 4 bedrooms, the house accommodates up to 10 people. There is an ensuite on the ground floor, ideal for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. All rooms have air conditioning, including the kitchen, and the living room has a cosy fireplace. The outdoor spaces are a highlight, with a covered terrace, large table, sofas, hammocks and barbecue, as well as a tropical garden that is lit up at night.

The house's proposal is to offer a unique and differentiated experience. The house is all open, with very large windows and an open mezzanine to enjoy the natural light and ventilation. Only one room is closed with blackout in the windows and is the room with the most privacy. The other bedroom is on the open mezzanine. The outside bathroom is open, with a garden and a shower with cold water to cool off when returning from the beach. It will always be a cold shower, even in winter. It's worth the experience.

Our house is very well located on a cul-de-sac. Close to downtown and Boiçucanga beach, (two minutes by car), with easy access to the highway and Maresias beach. The house sleeps six people. Featuring an open kitchen, living room and bathroom, suite with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a mezzanine that can also be used as a dormitory, with two low beds. Two internet networks for greater comfort and convenience for those who need to work.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
