The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Elke is a very kind host. The apartment offers enough space for two people, was very clean and is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The bed is large and cozy. We were very pleased with the blackout. The garden invites you to have breakfast outdoors and offers a beautiful view at night. Parking was available right in front of the door. The bathroom, which functions as a passageway to the bedroom, was initially a bit unusual. But we quickly arranged and felt very comfortable in Elke's apartment. Given the location (close to the train, so also easily accessible without a car), we were surprised how quiet it was at night. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything is as described and even coffee beans in the coffee machine were already provided upon arrival. Our almost one-year-old daughter also felt very comfortable. We also found the private parking space, the possibility of safely storing bicycles and the walking distance to the supermarket with bakery to be particularly practical. We were able to reach several lakes as well as Leipzig city centre by bike and thus had a wonderful short break in and around Zwenkau.

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay in Mandy's apartment. We were able to sleep well in the beds, the kitchen is well equipped, the entire facility is comfortable and the bathroom (like everything) is totally clean. If we find ourselves back in the Leipzig area, we already know where we want to stay.

Close to the city and yet quiet and relaxed, a little gem. The accommodation has everything you need and more...like balcony, washing machine, teapot and much more. It is very neat & clean and once you get 🦚 used to the peacock you can chill out super... I felt very comfortable and spent more time in the accommodation than planned, simply because it invites you to come to yourself and to distance yourself from the stressful everyday life. The landlady is an experienced yoga teacher and, if you like, you can get further support in "coming down" and will be well advised here, as well as on the topic of "establishing healthy sleep habits"...as we know, healthy sleep is the basis for so much...whether we are well or not...whether we get sick or not, etc. So if you want to do something for yourself and for personal relaxation, you've come to the right place.

Bright new apartment with balcony

We were in the apartment as a family for an extended weekend. We really enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for people with a shallow sleep, because the street noise from the bus and cars was quite loud, especially if you want to sleep with the window open. Otherwise, the apartment has everything you need.
