Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Hyggeligt sommerhus centralt på Bogø. Kun 5min gang til købmanden og 300 meter fra vandet. På havnen ligger der et italiensk pizzeria som laver lækre stenovns pizza, kager og god kaffe. Rolige omgivelser da huset ligger for enden af en lukket vej og kun har en nabo da huset samtidig ligger ud til et åbent område. Huset har alt hvad man skal bruge for at have nogen skønne dage.
