Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Mill house on the Nethe

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.

Stylishly furnished and centrally located apartment with fantastic views over the Wesertal. Enjoy the outstanding panoramic view of the Solling from one of the two terraces at sunset. The historic old town center of Höxter with its diverse restaurants is within walking distance. The steamboat dock on the Weser for a visit to the Corvey World Heritage Site is about 700 meters away. The recreational area of the Godelheimer Seenplatte is not far away.

Our Marktplatzatrium 1 is located in the middle of the pedestrian zone in Höxter on the Weser. We provide fast Wi-Fi and a workplace with LAN connection. On the quiet terrace you can relax excellently. Enjoy the flair of the old town with the historic houses and the pedestrian zone with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Germany's most popular bike path, the R1, is just 200 meters away. Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Pigeon tower on the Weser

The pigeon tower is very idyllically surrounded by old park trees in the middle of the castle courtyard in Wehrden. Formerly built as a dwelling for pigeons and for family-owned for generations, dovecotes used to give an idea of the size of the farm and the status of the ruler! The tower impresses with its authentic decor with fun details that recall its historical purpose. Everything is tailored to the octagonal shape, unique, small and fine.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

The 81 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a rain shower, and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in the Weserbergland. The apartment is open plan and comprises about 45 sqm with modern furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and Airfryer. To the left of the bathroom is a small walk-in closet for your utensils. In about 400 m you can already reach the bike path R99 on the Weser. Shopping is about 150 m right around the corner.
