Annex - views of fields and forests

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, and enjoy the view of the hilly terrain, with the forest as your closest neighbor. In the kitchenette, which contains a refrigerator, two hotplates and a sink, you have the option to make breakfast and lunch. It feels as if the annex is located in rural surroundings, and yet it is within walking distance of the city center and beach. One of the annex's rooms serves as the Master bedroom. In the second, there is a sofa bed that, for an additional fee, can accommodate one/two extra guests.

This 30 m² apartment is ideal for students, tourists and craftsmen looking for a convenient and well-located accommodation. The apartment is located in a quiet green area in the city of Aabenraa, close to the hospital and offers easy access to public transportation and the E45 highway. The apartment offers: 1 bed 90x200, 1 bed 140x200 and sofa. Including bed linen and towels. Kitchen with stove, oven and fridge/freezer. Private bathroom and toilet. WiFi. The apartment also has access to a cozy terrace with table and chairs.

Our cozy guest room is on the 1st floor (above the garage) with a private entrance. Here is a bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm), bathroom with shower, mini kitchen with hotplates, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer as well as a small living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed with room for 2 people (140 x 200 cm). Our house is located on the edge of a small village 5 km from Aabenraa and 3 km from Løjt Kirkeby. 10 minutes from E45. Guests are welcome to use the garden with terrace and barbecue.

Well-designed tiny house in a quiet setting

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Lejligheden har en stejl trappe, er derfor uegnet til gangbesværede. Lejligheden er nyrenoveret med egen indgang, til 1sal (trapper) klapseng (2 Pers) Udover sengen (incl. sengelinned) er der til afslapning en sofa og fjernsyn. Der kan laves mindre anretninger af mad. (Gryder El koger, bestik m.m, samt køleskab forefindes.) Eget bad (incl. håndklæder) Varmepumpe ( aircondition) Lejligheden er et røgfrit område. Indgangs dør åbnes med nøgle (nøgleboks)

Charming little apartment.

Guaranteed coziness in this small but unique and quiet home. Located in a quiet village. Very close to nature, beach and forest. Good fishing, cycling and hiking opportunities in the nearby area. Within driving distance between two major cities, but still with rural charm. The house, of which the home is a separate part, has previously been the village's kindergarten. Now privately owned and with beautiful and special gardens.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
