In the second, there is a sofa bed that, for an additional fee, can accommodate one/two extra guests.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 1st floor and about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and are not in bed. We'll share a toilet at night, but it's 100% yours.

This 1st floor apartment is located in a quiet street that belongs to the city center's "walking zone", close to shopping, restaurants, cafes, also harbor and beach (100-600 m). - You enter the door of the apartment and immediately feel at home. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner.
