Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

This apartment consists of a 2-room living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) as well as a bedroom, a separate bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a kitchen with a cooking island (without oven), a coffee machine (Nespresso standard capsule), a refrigerator and a dishwasher. A small terrace is available.
