Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bo Phut Beach

We really enjoyed our time in this villa as a family of 5 including 3 kids (13,10,4). The pool is the absolute highlight, especially for the kids. The villa is huge, and very well equipped. The contact throughout was spectacular, the team are super responsive. I worried about the noise coming from the other villas but it was silent, everyone was very respectful throughout the area and mostly families who spend the daytime out of the villas. A few things to be aware of but nothing that would stop me giving 5 stars: We had a car and we're pleased we did! Even just the walk to the main road is 3-5 minutes. Then, a dangerous walk along a busy road to Fishermans for 20 minutes. If you don't hire a car, use taxis! The beds in this place are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced (like sleeping on concrete). I would book this place again.

We had a really nice stay at Oliviers villa. The view and home furnishing is amazing, it was so clean and enjoyable. Olivier is a really nice host, who provided us many tips about things to do at Koh Samui. We will always remember the great stay and your nice hospitality. Thank you!

I've been struggling to put into words just how incredible our stay was, and how even more incredible Laurent was with with our group. The off-grid house was beautiful and the surroundings indescribable. Our group of 7 booked the villa based on its location relative to a bar we knew of, but we didn't have any idea of the surprise that we were in for. Laurent picked up on this immediately and took us all under his wing... He just seemed to have a sixth sense and would point us in the right direction or lead the way every time we went off-piste. Had we had any idea of what might happen we definitely would have stayed longer than 3 days... Just a few weeks later we're already planning our next stay within a month (despite it being an 8 hour journey each way for us)! The fact that you either need to take a longtail or a 4x4 taxi might seem like deal-breaker to some but it's actually the icing on the cake; the isolation and beauty makes this place nothing short of otherworldly. 11/10

This home allows you to open the accordion glass doors and hear the waves and feel the sea breeze all day. Since it’s on the north coast, you can see the sunrise and sunset each day. You can walk out without shoes and stroll along the beach to one of the great restaurants facing the sea.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Aka‘s Unterkunft und können es weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 2,5 wunderbare Wochen im Haus A1 verbracht. Die gesamte Anlage mit ihrer üppigen Bepflanzung und dem sauberen Pool ist total schön, am meisten hat uns aber die Lage gefallen: direkt am Traumstrand, aber leicht erhöht, sodass man mehr Privatsphäre hat als die weiter westlich gelegenen Ressorts (z.B. keine Spaziergänger direkt vor der Tür). Haus A1 liegt zudem auf einem Eckgrundstück mit viel Fläche, für die Kinder ein kleiner Abenteuerspielplatz 😉. Fußläufig gibt es ein paar gute Restaurants (Terrace House, Thang Long, Hug Samui) und kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank an das super freundliche Team vom Green Coconut Village und natürlich ganz besonders an Renate, die uns von der Buchung bis zur Rückreise mit Rat und Tat unterstützt hat!

Unglaublich tolle Villa mit traumhaften Blick übers Meer und fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Alles super. Die Villa befindet sich etwas abgelegen in einer privaten bewachten Anlage. Zu Fuß ist nichts erreichbar. Man braucht für alles ein Auto. Wir haben den angebotenen Fahrservice genutzt, welcher hervorragend geklappt hat. 24/7 war ein Taxi verfügbar, problemlose Kommunikation über Textnachricht, normale Preise, 500 Baht nach Chaweng oder Fishermanns Village. Frühstück wird für 500 Baht p.P. ebenfalls angeboten, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Haben wir selber gemacht, man kann online problemlos Lebensmittel bestellen, welche geliefert werden. Die Villa selbst war ein Traum. Es war alles vorhanden und hat hervorragend funktioniert. Sehr modern! Für Familie mit sehr kleinen Kindern allerdings nicht geeignet, da die Schlafzimmer über mehrere Ebenen zum Teil weit auseinander liegen. Insgesamt top Empfehlung, allerdings zusätzlich ca. 1000 Baht Stromkosten pro Tag. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super netter Gastgeber, war immer hilfsbereit und hat auf alle Fragen reagiert! Die Villa ist super schön und ruhig, hat einen wunderschönen Garten der super schön angelegt und gepflegt wird! Ansonsten kommt mann mit dem Roller von dort in 6 min nach lamai. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jeden empfehlen der es ruhig haben möchte aber ohne großen Aufwand in das getunmel möchte.

the place was pristine. amazing views, clean surroundings. the bed was very comfortable. the host was very attentive. her staff Fon was very helpful made us amazing breakfast and we'll worth the price. you will need a scooter or a car to go up and down the hill other than that our stay was amazing. I will definitely recommend this accomodation. A+++++++

from the moment we met Jean Luc, he was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond, we arrived late and he had bought bits for us to eat, he helped us get a car, a taxi, recommend restaurants he couldn't have done more to be a better host. The accommodation itself was stunning, everything clean and tidy with the cleaner coming everyday. The beds were comfortable, we was provided with towels for in and outside. The view is breathtaking and will definitely miss it. Just a short drive away from fisherman's village which has a market to buy gifts or food. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property itself is on a very steep hill which is why the views are breathtaking but a hard climb! I 100% would come back and stay, everyone was very impressed.

We are a family of eight (age 16-46) who stayed in Villa Vimana during Christmas 2022, and what a fantastic vacation it was! Andreas was the perfect host and there was no issue too trivial for him to help with, whether recommending restaurants, arranging airport pick-up, having groceries bought before arrival, assisting with renting scooters, or suggesting things to do on the island. The housekeeper is also a wonderful person and always willing to help. The house is lovely, clean and well kept, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and all with en-suite bathrooms, which we thought was a big advantage. The pool area is very nice and we spent long hours lazing by the pool, both day and evening. Electricity is paid for by usage and just to give an idea, we paid approx. 5.500 Baht (150 USD) for a 10-day stay. An absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Andreas for all the assistance. We definitely give our best recommendation.

Sunisa and Jean were very responsive and accommodating hosts. The house worked well for us during our visit to Koh Samui. The hosts helped us with shuttles to and from the airport (Grab will not pick up or drop off at the airport) and also helped us rent scooters (which are necessary to navigate the island). Overall we had a positive experience at their Airbnb!

Merci à Elisa, collaboratrice de Cindy, pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité durant tout le séjour, que ce soit pour des conseils touristiques ou des problèmes techniques. La vue de la terrasse est magique. Quelques points à corriger tout de même dans la maison: des problèmes d'étanchéité lors des grosses pluies que nous avons subies pendant 4j, de l'eau coulait sur les murs notamment au niveau d'interrupteurs... Les rideaux des chambres sont comme brûlés par le soleil, ils se desagregent et laissent des traînées blanches au toucher, il faudrait vraiment les remplacer. Enfin une forte odeur d'humidité ressort dans certaines chambres, encore une fois dû à l'étanchéité j'imagine, il faut les laisser ouvertes en journée pour atténuer. La piscine mérite aussi une remise en état, de nombreux carreaux se décollent. J'insiste sur le fait que malgré cela nous ne regrettons pas les 15 jours passés dans la maison, mais les avis servent à faire évoluer les choses dans le bon sens aussi
