Good apartments for this price. Situated in a quiet place on the way to the pagoda. There is a coffee shop and a fruit stand nearby. 10-15 minutes walk to the Central festival and 20-25 to the beach. I would like to separately note that there is a very pleasant service staff there.

The bed is very comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

Very great and quiet place to feel comfortable, cozy beds, questions or problems were responded to within a very short time. Clean pool. However, you need a scooter/car to get to restaurants, etc. We will be happy to come back :)

Perfect accommodation, rather well located and calm. The staff at the reception are very helpful and kind, the cleaning was well done. I would recommend it!

Things cannot get better than this! A great apartment in a wonderful condominium that is fantastically taken care of and run by Tawan, the most perfect host one can possibly imagine. Helpful, kind, simply a great soul that makes the entire experience even more outstanding. Emerald Condominium (which is where the apartment is located) is maintained beautifully, it's quiet and much more peaceful than most other such places on the island, and the pool and vegetation around it makes it a true little paradise. Surely you'll need a scooter or a car to get around, but the location of this oasis is superb nevertheless. I was thrilled to stay here and will definitely be staying again.

Great place to stay! The pool was a life saver on the hot days. Staff was friendly and informative! The restaurant on site was good but only open until 6pm. If you don’t know how to ride the scooters Grabs are ~300TBH to get to the markets and beaches.

Good but not special. Low budget OK otherwise don’t book. For low budget backpackers good price otherwise not. Good persons 👍

Resort is great! Very comfortable, secluded balconies! There is a lot of space in the room. Air conditioners are working well. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities. We are very happy! Of course, without a bike or car it is inconvenient, as, in fact, and on the entire island of Koh Samui.

It was a lovely stay we had in this apartment, great pool and easy communication. Recommended.

Great place, I would recommend getting a scooter because everything is about a minimum of 15 minutes away. Clean, beach access, nice pool.

The apartment is in a nice quiet area. It’s quite large with plenty or room for storage. There is a nice pool area with sun beds in the shared area. The security is great and we felt very secure within the building. The host is very friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a great stay with Daria and her team, the residence is friendly and well located, we had everything we needed and the team was always available to respond to our requests. I would recommend it!

This place was exceptional. Clean, tidy and spacious. The photos do not do it justice. A lovely stretch of beach that most places in the area do not have. So quiet as the edge of the resort but only a short walk to a great choice of bars and restaurants.

Stop searching — this is the place. You don’t need to waste time debating it, because trust me: this condo/boutique hotel is everything an Airbnb should be. It’s spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located — safe, walkable, and beautifully designed inside and out. The interior decor is stunning, the landscaping immaculate, and the beach and pool absolutely pristine. Add in 24/7 security and freshly made daily breakfast, and it truly feels like home — only better. The entire team offers the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a lasting impression. My family and I felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Highly, highly recommend. 12/10!

A great quiet treat - beautiful garden and quiet as possible in the neighbourhood. Easily walkable to the beach, handy to bike hire, food and 7-11. Highly recommend!

The place is exactly as the ad, it is a nice place, with a nice restaurant in the hotel with great view. The beach in front of it is not the best and our toiled was a bit smelly and due to that the smell sometimes would spread to the rest of the room, but in the end it was a good deal and we liked a lot the localization.

We were really impressed with the room, it was even nicer than in the pictures. Very clean and quiet inside. It is quite a walk to the main end of town, maybe 25 minutes. But we walked along the beach and enjoyed the exercise and tanning time. I'd much prefer this to the places in the centre which would have been too loud to sleep. I'd definitely stay here again :)

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the replay condo for one month. It is the Perfect Place for digital nomads that want to hustle but also Take care of their physical and mental Health. Everyday gym, Sauna and the Beach is just across the street.

Really nice place! It is very close to the beach (within walking distance) and to many restaurants and a 7-11. If you don’t drive a motorbike, there is no problem. The resort offers transportation, or you can take one of the songthaews that pass in front of the resort frequently. The facilities are great (including a pool), and the staff is super friendly and kind, always willing to help. The resort offers daily cleaning service, and the restaurant is open every day if you don’t want to leave your room. This is a really convenient place with everything you might need! I will definitely come back.

The place was perfect, the staff took care of me, they even cared for me after I had a scooter accident! I would recommend to anyone who comes to Thailand to stay in this place
