Absolutely beautiful home close to the beach. We loved the downstairs master, the patio, the spacious well appointed rooms, and the quick walk to the beach. Mary Jayne was responsive, kind, and everything you could ask of a host. Thank you for everything. Rick and Kat

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert’s property at HHI. It was our first time visiting the area and we couldn’t of done any better than picking this place but was easy to get to the beach, plus there was beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels available to us that made it simple for us travelers head to the beach with three little ones. The walkability to other restaurants, coffee spots, playgrounds, etc. made the trip so convenient that we can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

The house was beautiful and offered a great lay out for our family. The location was ideal, with the beach only a five minute walk. Danny offered plenty of chairs, wagons and other items to make for a great day at the beach. The central location made traveling to restaurants and attractions easy. Danny was a great host who was very responsive when we reached out. The one issue was the pool upkeep. Palmetto Dunes is a heavily wooded area which impacts the pool. Danny did warn about this in the description so you just need to be prepared to remove debris several times a day to keep the pool clean. Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend renting this beautiful home for a great Hilton Head experience.

Easy beach access, walkable to restaurants. The back deck is the best! We had dinner out there and coffee in the morning. I forgot body wash, but toiletries were provided. Matthew was very responsive to the questions we had. Great trip!

The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. A nice place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy the beach. Tons of space and things included to consider their guests such as toys, beach chairs, wagons, and more! I’d recommend it to any one. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. We had a very short but relaxing stay at Kathy’s place. We enjoyed how quiet and private yet walkable it is to some food options and morning coffee. Loved riding around on a golf cart exploring the island and meeting its beautiful deer everywhere! We definitely will be back!

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

Nice home, nice neighborhood, very comfortable. I really enjoyed the backyard by the pool with the sound of running water--took a couple of naps with that going! First trip to Hilton Head, didn't disappoint. The electric fireplace was a nice touch as well.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family (2 littles included). The location is so private and beautiful, we loved sitting outback watching the alligators daily! It’s so close to Coligny, we rented bikes and went all over sea pines too. Loved it!!!!

Amazing and kind hosts that were very responsive. Think 5 star hotel customer service. I was a bit hesitant hearing the house was listed on 3 floors but the stairs are much shorter than expected and easy to maneuver with kids. There is one bedroom on each floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. Tons of space to move about. It’s located in a private gated community and surrounded by trees and nature and a golf course in back. Lots of space and master closet is huge. Very clean and hospitable. Would stay again!

Home is just like the photos. My favorite feature was that you are able to adjust the thermostat for each floor. With guests coming from north and south we were able to adjust the temp to ensure everyone was comfortable. There was a high chair and cribs for the babies. It was great

My daughter and I wanted a relaxing vacation in a comfortable, beautiful space. Keith and Susan’s place was absolutely beautiful with wonderful amenities. There were so many thoughtful details that added extra comfort and the feeling of being at home. The condo is also in close proximity to multiple beaches, including Coligny Beach and many nice restaurants and shops. The experience exceeded our expectations. We plan to return! We had an amazing stay at this beach bungalow in Hilton Head! The home was beautifully decorated with coastal charm and calming colors that made it feel like a true retreat. The beach gear room was a huge bonus—everything we needed was already there. The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, watching birds and the alligator in the lagoon made it feel like our own little nature show. Our host was absolutely top-notch—super friendly, responsive within minutes, and communicated on a personal level (not just copy-and-paste messages). We had a very minor issue during our stay, and he had it resolved right away. Would absolutely recommend—10/10! Even my husband, who’s usually not a beach fan, said we’re coming back. Can’t wait!

House has a great location! Inside decor has a very beachy vibe. Saw an abundance of wildlife, close to golf course and 100 yards from a great Ocean View. Host is very responsive to the guest. Loved the peaceful & laidback island.

Laura’s house was clean, had a gorgeous view, and convenient location. The decor and furnishings made us feel right at home. We enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood on our way to the pool. The convenient distance from the trolly station made this the perfect location!

We had a relaxing and peaceful stay. It is very quiet and we loved watching the ships come and go. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge went out on us and owner was very responsive and quickly took care of the problem. Highly recommend this house. We absolutely loved it!

Excellent! Excellent! This was the perfect Airbnb for our family of 4 on our trip to Hilton Head. It can accommodate more people. It felt even better than the pictures. Everything you need is thought of. The outside shower was a plus after days at the beach with the kiddos Great location, Eveleth ammenities, easy checkin, responsive host. Not much more to ask for.
