Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Blue River

I stayed at Abby’s place for a quick 3 day stay with my wife and it was an overall great stay! The condo is in a great location right near town and it was very clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have a parking spot for our rental car. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a Gem 💎 very close to Breckenridge ski resort,it felt like we were in a winter wonderland,Teresa is wonderful host,very professional and proactive and made our stay so much better. We def will come back next year for our winter vacation.

This was a wonderful place to stay at! This is a perfect spot to come back home to after a fun day exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area.

I will say overall it was amazing! However when we arrived we found out the elevator was out our entire stay so that was annoying and exhausting but we go used to it. The room also states it has AC, it does not, but there are 4 fans there we used in the windows and it got more than cold enough at night for us. The pool to our building was also out but when I reached out to Indukuri he was more than helpful and very apologetic, was unaware of the issues, and immediately tried his best to fix it for us. I know it was out of his hands, it was just frustrating all at once. He understood and figured out we could use the other buildings pools and hot tubs, offered to bring an ac unit over himself and install, He even offered his own collapsing dolly for a picnic at a local river. He took great care of us and the room was great overall and had everything else we needed, it had Roku that made it easier for my toddler to enjoy vacation too, I would definitely come here to stay again!!!

Prime location for any solo travelers or couples visiting the Breckenridge area. The house is simultaneously tucked away and private while still being walking distance to everything. Would book again!

We loved David and Lauren’s place! Looks just like the pictures and is right downtown so you can walk everywhere. The steam shower and hot tub were a great addition too. We would recommend!

We had such a great time staying here. Colorado was beautiful in the summer and I loved the views of the mountains and the lake from the windows in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The place was lovely and it is a great location. It was a great private get away.

This place was IMPRESSIVE!!! We visited Feb 22-27 and it was snowy and absolutely beautiful!!!! The amount of sleds etc in the garage was a lovely surprise, as well as the condiments etc… The beds were comfy, loved the extra blankets. The kiddos really enjoyed the bunks. It was .just really a wonderful experience in a wonderful city! Very easy to get to Breck and the surrounding mountains. So happy!!

My family loves this home so much that we returned for a second stay. It was exactly as we remembered it. Perfect location, a few minutes away from town, secluded and peaceful in the mountains. Beautiful home that is warm and comfortable with all the amenities needed. I personally love the whirlpool tub in the primary bathroom after a long day of skiing. We were lucky to have fresh snow all weekend and the children played and sled in the front yard for hours. I highly recommend staying here.

This house has breathtaking views. It was exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for our girls getaway. Very peaceful. There were 2 fox that visited us on the porch every morning! I would definitely stay here again. Didn’t want to leave.

Such a beautiful cabin! Everything was amazing. The views are breathtaking. The cabin was well stocked, very clean and comfortable for all 10 of us! Highly recommend! Thank you for letting us stay and we will be returning in the future! 5 stars all around!

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

Oh my goodness! Host Janis and co-host Tyler were so responsive!! Large home plenty of space for multiple people to stay! Loved the hot tub in the evenings! Close to everything in Breckenridge! Very reasonable cost! Checkout instructions were very minimal and easy! Would stay again!

This home is as advertised with all needed amenities. Clark communicated only as needed, allowing for a trusted and peaceful stay. We had fantastic snow and skiing conditions which made coming "home" even more fun each evening. The home appears to have heavy rental use and therefore has a few bumps and bruises and will be due for some basic preventative maintenance soon. The home was in complete working order and we were not impacted negatively by any maintenance issues. Love the location and setting and would stay here again. Thanks Clark!

Would 100% recommend! Super sweet host, very responsive and thoughtful about what would be helpful for someone staying in the condo! Very close to Main Street and basically any other destination in Breckenridge. Cute decor and super clean, we spent most of our trip just hanging out in the Airbnb! ☀️🌱🌷

Emily was very helpful with our last minute reservation, and gave us all the information and instructions we needed to make everything go smoothly! Emily checked in with us throughout our stay and made sure we felt right at home!

We had a great time at Tylers place. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convienently located just a short drive from main street. The water pressure was good, wifi was good, the unit included pet friendly amenities, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The host was responsive and gave some great recommendations for food/drinks, and nearby activities. There was a bit of constuction going on at the complex when we stayed so there was a bit of noise and dust, but overall we found our stay very enjoyable and would happily come here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Trails End so much. Nice clean and cozy place that we could walk to Main Street Breck easily for shopping or dining. Alec was great with communication even after we booked letting us know the hot tubs wouldn’t be working in the off season and also went above and beyond gifting us a credit to go use the local indoor pool that our kids enjoyed. Would come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and Jarrett hosting. It was cozy and relaxing after full days of activity. The condo is located in reasonable distance to hiking, white water rafting, kayaking and Breckenridge Village. Hope to come back soon.

Tony’s place was great for my weeklong ski trip. The location is unbeatable, it’s within a short walking distance to the gondola and Main st. The free bus system is also very easy to use (there’s a stop right out front) and you can ski-in from the 4 o’clock run across the street. The unit is clean and exactly as pictured with a fully stocked kitchen. Easy check in/out and front desk staff were always kind. Tony was very responsive and incredibly accommodating! I’d stay here again.
