Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Blue River

Went for a ski trip with friends. All five of us and a pup were able to spread out and had plenty of room. I liked that there are plenty of bathrooms for more privacy. Jacuzzi was so nice to relax in after skiing. Nice open concept and good for hanging out and cooking. We had everything we needed. Ten minutes to gondola lot. Would stay again!

Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

This remodeled old bungalow has everything we needed for an overnight stay with our dog. The bedrooms are small which are expected for an older built home. Bed mattresses were comfortable. One car parking was available on the street in front of the property.

Gorgeous House! This was our second time staying here. Close to Breckenridge and Keystone. Peaceful house. Small local grocery store is within walking distance. House was warm during a snowstorm.

Place was perfect for a ski weekend! Location to downtown Frisco was ideal, and the place itself was actually nicer in person than it appears on pics

Pablo’s place has everything! We did some gourmet cooking with the breville sous vide and enjoyed unlimited espresso and cappuccino! Great location. Pablo was very responsive.

Shelley‘s place was great. It was easy and accessible to get to Breckenridge to ski and restaurants. It was so lovely to be able to bring the dog and walk her and the amenities were great for the kids as well. It was definitely tight for the five of us, but we made it work

We did a long term stay at the property and it was everything we could’ve asked for. Not only is the property great, proximity is great, and the hosts are great. Would definitely stay long term again!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt so cozy and comfortable and at home. Our boys LOVED the location, the room and bathroom of their own, and the fun and thoughtful games. We had a snafu with an originally scheduled airbnb fitting our needs due to mold. We noticed this listing available, sent a message and within minutes, we heard back from the host. They welcomed us in and absolutely saved our day. We stayed for 7 days and had everything we needed in the space for comfort: blankets, towels, full kitchen space with cooking necessities! Storage was spacious for our belongings (for both food and clothing) and the laundry space in the club house was great. Our boys loved the pool and hot tub. My husband loved the sauna. And we all loved the beautiful upstairs space of the clubhouse for ping pong and relaxation. We were so grateful to have found this listing in a pinch. The space was cozy, comfortable, clean and amazing. Thank you, thank you!

Place was amazing and location is perfect for ski n ski out most of the season! We booked the week after peak 9 closed and were still able to ski in! Just a simple shuttle down to snowflake or gondola and we were off on the slopes. Would for sure stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for an unforgettable family getaway in the mountains. We would stay here again in the future without a doubt!

At first the first one we rented wasn’t cleaned or ready to have us use the place, Ben immediately fixed the issue, upgraded us to a better property around the block free of charge and everything worked out perfectly. Definitely recommend this place for a couple and or the kids

George and Barbora's place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway to Breckenridge. Close to Kite Lake TH/Campground. Private and surrounded by nature. Hosts were very responsive and flexible. Huge bed and the foosball table was an added bonus. Worth every penny!

Spacious home in the perfect location! We loved the sauna and expensive yard for our dog. The house was clean and comfortable….cool 70s vibe with some update. You won’t find a more comfortable spacious house for the price! Summit Cove was extremely responsive to any question! We will be back!

Tailored Stays was an incredible host and this cabin was a truly awesome find. The house was cleaned and well stocked, with an excellent inventory on the listing about every kitchen item they had available. The hot tub was the cleanest hot tub I think I've ever used, and the beds were all incredibly comfortable. As a host they were very responsive and hugely helpful, with the only minor issue being the keypad to unlock being jammed. Even with this, though, they had a backup entry method and got us in before we could even begin unloading the cars. As others have said, in the winter with snow the driveway will need a good 4x4 car to get into, but even the dirt roads leading to it are well maintained and shouldn't cause a problem. Overall, highly recommend and will most likely be staying here again!

Great access to Leadville, hiking, lakes, the train, the Mineral Belt trail etc. Genuine Victorian period home with all the charm and quirks that go along with that. Friendly host. We loved being there.

This has been one of our favorite stays in Breckenridge. We highly recommend a stay here with family.

Stayed here for about three months. The place was excellent clean and we had no problems during our stay with everything we needed provided for us even wood for starting fires. It is also close to Breckenridge for the ski season and there is a free shuttle that runs everyday
