An alpine dream! A 200-year-old farmhouse in a secluded location, accessible via a private road. It is situated in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Großes Walsertal – a place where people live in harmony with nature. 140 m² divided into: 1rst floor (ceiling height 1.95 m): wood-paneled living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. 2nd floor (ceiling height 1.88 m): one bedroom, a connected room with two sleeping areas (one with two single beds and one with a double bed). Arrive, feel at home, and unwind.

Die Wohnung bietet jedem Gast ein gemütliches Zuhause, zentral gelegen und ideal zum Wandern, Biken und Klettern, das Brandnertal ist in wenigen Fahrminuten mit dem Auto oder Bus zu erreichen. Ins Montafon sind es auch nur 15 Fahrminuten, sowie ins Klostertal 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, nach Lech sind es ca. 25 Fahrminuten. Mit Gästekarte könnt ihr kostenlos Bus und Bahn fahren. mit der V-Card könnt ihr jede Seilbahn und Freibad 1x benützen, informiert euch über die V-Card, sehr empfehlenswert!

The apartment is located on the sun balcony of the Montafon in a very peaceful location. It is a perfect fit for relaxing, sporty guests (near Silvretta Montafon). The apartment is made with a lot of love to detail with materials from the region. Only untreated pine tree was used in the bedroom, so sleeping after a sporty day in nature is particularly deep and relaxing. The view is breathtaking; the natural pond is a place of power right next to the house.
