A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional guests. The small ground-level outdoor terrace is accessible from the living area or the large bedroom.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and a separate room (walk-in closet), an open, bright living room with an integrated kitchen. The terrace door leads directly to the south-facing garden area with lounge chairs and dining table.
