Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft Baers Mountain Stay , mit eigener Terrasse und Grillmöglichkeit, kostenlosen Privatparkplatz und gratis WLan, befindet sich zentral am Fuße des Arlbergs, in nächster Nähe zum Arlberg, Montafon und Brandnertal. Die Ferienwohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer für drei Personen, eine Küchenzeile mit Herdplatte, Wasserkocher und Toaster, eine Sitzecke, eine schöne Dusche, WC, einen Haartrockner und eine Waschmaschine. It is about a 10-minute walk to the city center. There is a thrift market in the immediate vicinity. All transport connections to the popular regions are in the immediate vicinity.

Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
