Surrounded by hiking trails through fields and meadows and forest. The ideal starting point for walking, hiking, cycling and for excursions in the area, Detmold, Lemgo about 15 km, Blomberg, Barntrup about 7 km, Schieder Stausee about 12 km. The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Start hikes and bike rides directly from here into the beautiful nature of the surroundings. Bicycles can be rented here. Visit farm shops and weekly markets close by. Stay in the teepee or experience the feeling of racing on the RC car race track right by the house. Snuggle up in a blanket and get comfortable on the sofa by the stove, read a good book from the large selection or drink a beer by the campfire. Everything is included.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

You live in a house in a listed half-timbered complex from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with a gym, cinema, gazebo and an unobstructed view of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, infrared sauna, cosy parlour with stove and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Meadow in front of the house for exclusive use. The renovated apartment is located on a secluded manor between fields, meadows, forest and ponds. It has its own entrance and offers 70 m² of living space, which is divided into two rooms with a separate kitchen and a shower room with a separate toilet. The 2nd double bed is in the eat-in kitchen. This allows parents to sit undisturbed in the living room in the evening. The living room offers a fireplace (including wood). The water is supplied via a private well.

Relax and enjoy the recreational areas... you can do that in our bright, friendly apartment. In addition to a spacious living/dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is available. On the pull-out couch in the living room, a 4th person to sleep. The large balcony, which faces south, is accessible from the living room and bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee :-)
