This house is ideal for an adult family/groups of friends wanting to stay in the heart of Blenheim. Toddlers/young children are not permitted. The house is close to town and many wineries that Marlborough has to offer. Percy street is a quiet suburban street yet a short walk to Countdown supermarket or the centre of town. The property is well laid out and furnished. Kitchen, dining and lounge is open plan. Bifolds open out to back deck with BBQ and garden. Free fibre optic WIFI for guest use.

Very cool modular cosy home close to town centre

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Located by the river, it offers a rural feel whilst being a stones throw to Blenheim CBD. With 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious indoor relaxing areas it’s great for a family. A highlight is the outdoor area with covered patio with outdoor dining whilst looking over the river and green surrounds. A good amount of privacy ensures this accomodation feels at ease.
