Our newly built, contemporary 1 bed accommodation with private patio on a quiet country lane, is the perfect get away! A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). 'Bedknobs' is a detached self-contained property in our back garden comprising of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, & lounge/diner. The property has underfloor heating, WIFI, Sky television inc. movies, DVD player, fridge/frzr, electric oven, gas hob, coffee m/c and washing m/c. Positioned in a pretty back garden with access via it’s own entrance. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Situated in Waterlooville with shops and takeaway’s within easy walking distance.

The Pigsty

Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.

One bedroom house in Waterlooville. An ideal base.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

Lie in its' Kingsize bed and savour views of the Southdowns National Park. Woodburner, kitchenette, ensuite with hot shower and seating all fit perfectly inside. Outside; enjoy a fire pit with views of the sunset.
