Die MANSARDE liegt idyllisch ruhig im Obergeschoss unserer ausgebauten Scheune und ist hochwertig und gleichzeitig funktional geräumig eingerichtet. Ideal, wenn du geschäftlich unterwegs bist oder längerfristig ein vorübergehendes zu Hause suchst. Aufgrund der Ausstattung ist diese Wohnung für Langzeitvermietung bestens geeignet und deshalb sind auch keine Haustiere gestattet. Hier finden maximal 2 erwachsene Personen im Doppelbett Platz. Für maximal 2 Kinder gibt es Gästebetten zum ausziehen.

We offer you/you a fantastically beautifully located apartment with direct views and access to the Weser in a secluded location near Achim / Bremen in the immediate vicinity of the Weser bike path. The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance. There is a well-equipped kitchen/ living area overlooking the Weser, a small space, a full bathroom and a bedroom with king-size bed 140x200. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room.

We live in a rural and quiet area - Verden is 15 minutes away by car, the nearest baker is 4 kilometers away. Please note the size of the sleeping places - a maximum of 2 guests are possible. This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere.
