A colourful, non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2021, awaits with a separate Entrance on you. The apartment is quiet, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). You can reach the centre in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel cot and high chair are available on request.

We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century.
