Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

Stable Cottage, Blakeney: a few steps from the sea
A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Beautiful Grade II listed barn conversion, surrounded by its own private garden and driveway, set amongst a cluster of privately owned barns, just 6 miles from the coast. The entrance door leads into a spacious, open-plan living,dining and kitchen area with tiled floors and beautiful 18th century timber beams. Large bedrooms with superking size beds, 1 room made into singles. 3 bedrooms downstairs, 1 upstairs. We welcome 2/3 well behaved dogs,with nice walks from the barn.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Clean, bright and recently refurbished with plenty of space, lots of charm and a fantastic location just off the quay. Large country kitchen, dining room, sitting room, hall, utility room and garden room with double doors leading onto a sun trap patio and lawn. Four double bedrooms and a family bedroom and three modern, clean bathrooms. Perfect for families and large groups.
