Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

The Stuiben apartment is located in Blaichach-Ettensberg at the end of a dead end road directly under the "Mittag". From here you can start out into nature without a car. The apartment is on the 1st floor is equipped with up to 4 bedrooms, a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub and an extra toilet. On two balconies you can enjoy the sun and relax all day long. One parking space is available right in front of the house.
