We stayed at Maria's place for a night. The area was great with lots of restaurants and very close to Haymarket railway station. The house was tidy and very comfortable. And it was exactly as described in the description and pictures. She also offered us milk, tea and coffee. Maria was a very kind person and allowed us a flexible check out. Would really recommend her place to anyone.

Both Laura and Antón have been very kind, pleasant and talkative, without being intrusive and allowing you to maintain your privacy while you are living in a part of their beautiful home. The reception was warm and welcoming, as was the farewell where Laura also helped us quickly get to the nearest point where we could take public transport to the airport. Our room was sufficiently secluded and had a bathroom with impeccable cleanliness and really new, with a very comforting shower and good ventilation. Soft sheets and towels. You could also use the dining room and part of the kitchen, allowing us to enjoy light breakfasts and dinners overlooking the garden and canal. The house is located next to a canal, and if you walk briskly along its promenade, you can easily reach the centre of Edinburgh in about 35 minutes. You can also take the bus, which takes about twenty minutes. In general, everything was very nice.

I'm in love with this apartment!!! It was beautiful and clean, the photos on the offer are accurate. It was my first solo trip but I felt really safe and comfortable. If I ever visit Edinburgh again, this is where I'll stay:))
