Nice, comfortable place with a cool modern ranch design. I had a lovely, peaceful, quiet stay. I appreciated the amenities and thoughtful touches of the place. Carrie was a good communicator and friendly. I’d stay again!

We loved our stay at Victoria’s Novato cabin! We were in town for a wedding, and it was the perfect space for our group of 4 (though it could have easily/ comfortably fit and slept more). The home was quiet and peaceful, and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked! We were all over Marin and Sonoma counties during our week-long stay, and nothing ever felt too far. Easy access to the 101, so easy access to get all over northern CA. Overall, this hike was a great space that fit all of our needs!

Kathleen’s place was very cozy and in a nice neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed and bed linens were especially comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. There is a great spot to do yoga, and the drive to Novato grocery stores and restaurants was convenient.

Leda’s Sunshine House was the perfect weekend getaway for a solo female traveler. She let me book last minute (an hour before I arrived!) without hesitation! She was more than warm and hospitable, going the extra mile to make me feel welcome in her home. My room and designated bathroom felt private, but I also felt welcome in shared rooms like the kitchen and living room. I had a hot breakfast and fresh coffee waiting for me each morning! Leda provided suggestions to places around town and even invited me to attend a class with her since I’d mentioned I practice yoga! I felt less like a stranger renting a room and more like a visiting friend by the time I left her home. 10/10 I would recommend this booking to anyone, especially a solo female traveler looking for a safe and friendly place to stay. I cannot say enough nice things about Leda and her hospitality! My stay at the Sunshine House made my trip truly memorable!
