This bespoke new build is one of two new properties at Hall Farm Dadlington for couples wanting to relax in peace. Each has a luxury interior styled to impress, with an all weather large covered veranda where you'll find your own private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor shower and dining area. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or just relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside and our grazing horses. Adults only. 2 guests max. Double studio with A/C, free parking & car hire

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. A master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite the second bedroom has an option of super king bed or 2 singles and a beautiful full bathroom with roll top bath and shower.
