Double studio with A/C and free parking

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Red Roof Bungalow

This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. I’ve had to re-list the property on here due to some admin errors… for the brief time it was on here it received 5 ⭐ reviews

My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.
