Almost where the road ends, you will come to our cosy cottage 🏡 with a secluded plot by the stately oaks and untouched nature. With a nature reserve just outside the property and in summer, our sheep 🐑 and cows 🐄 graze in the meadows. Start the day with a dip in Lake Tjen. A private jetty, 300 m from the property, by Lake Tjen 🌊, 2 rowing boats 🚣 🚣and 1 canoe 🛶. The charming cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a wood stove and tiled stove with a toilet and shower. For rent per week (change Mondays) summer time. Otherwise, at least two days in a row.

Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. Cosy and newly renovated guest house by Lake Roxen. Here you can enjoy the forest that is next to you, the birds chirping, the beautiful Göta canal and its boats. In Norsholm, you will find nice restaurants, ICA Nära and a café. Distance to Linköping and Norrköping is 20 minutes and popular Kolmården can be reached in 40 minutes.

Your stay with us has everything you could wish for. In an hour, you can get to Astrid Lindgren's World or Kolmården Zoo, Old Linköping is half an hour away. Nature is beautiful with the unique oak landscape. We see fallow deer daily and if you are lucky, the sea eagle may fly by. Our large lake system with swimming areas and canoe rentals. There are several nice golf courses to choose from. If you want, there is the possibility to book a sauna by the pool. Here you can greet horses, sheep, chickens and ducks.

Are you looking for an exclusive and unique accommodation experience? Then our private Sjömagasin can be something for you and your company. Just as it sounds, Sjömagasinet is located next to Lake Rängen in a large, carefully restored accommodation for 10 people.
