Just outside central Gothenburg, in Torslanda, this studio apartment has been converted into an apartment of about 70 sqm. Free parking by the house. Neighboring the horse farm. (Allergy sufferers stay at their own risk). Entrance with small terrace. Airy apartment with high ceilings, one bedroom with two beds (movable) and sofa beds. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Here you live close to both forest, salt rock pools and a good selection of outdoor activities (beach volleyball, bike park & kayak rental). Perfect if you need a "get away" from the city! A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Charming guest house with fireplace, Torslanda

In the middle of a residential area in Torslanda, our charming farm from the late 1800s is preserved. We rent out the old brewery, which is completely renovated. The house has all the comforts and access to the garden. It is close to the swimming area and public transport. The bus stop is a stone's throw from the house and it takes just under half an hour by direct bus to the central station. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there is also a double bed.
