Inviting rural idyll

The accommodation is located just outside Linköping among horses and fields. In the guest area, there is a large room with a 140 cm bed, dining area, and simple cooking facilities. The room has a toilet with shower and wood-fired sauna. Outside the room, there is a small patio with barbecue in a nice garden. Sheets and towels are not included. Cleaning not included. Unfortunately, the toilet door cannot be closed during the summer. On the property, there is a Border Collie, two orange cats, muscovy ducks and chickens. 1.5 km to the swimming area, Svartån.

A short walk leads to the lake, the beach and a public swimming area. 18 minutes to Linköping city centre and 5 minutes to the biggest attraction on the Göta Canal, Bergs locks. Please note that bedroom 5 is the passageway to bedrooms 3 and 4. The house has a bathroom, an extra toilet and a separate shower with sauna and hot tub. Suitable for 5–6 guests for longer stays.

This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. It is a cottage in the countryside with a quiet location about 10 minutes from the E4 south of Mantorp. The house is about 50 m2. One bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed and fireplace. The living room is open up to the ridge. Above the bedroom is a loft with two mattresses that can be used as extra beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. On the property, there is also a garden shed with a bunk bed. Large lush garden with patio and barbecue grill. The price is for 4 beds. Extra bed SEK 150/bed.

Soldattorp 119

Here you can feel the wings of history in the walls. Soldattorp 119 is a well-preserved 17th-century cottage that has been renovated with feeling and care. The history and soul of the cottage is preserved, but at the same time it is equipped to suit all the wishes of the modern guest. The entire interior breathes calm, when you step over the threshold through the ocher-yellow double doors, have a cup of coffee on the glass porch or listen to the rain in our favorite armchair, the stress of everyday life already feels distant.

Welcome to this rural charming guesthouse about 15 minutes from Linköping. Perfect for the family with children who want to stay centrally in Östergötland. Guest house of 55m2 plus loft with kitchen with dining area for 6 people, bathroom with toilet, shower and laundry/dryer, three bedrooms (two with double beds) and living room. Totally renovated in 2021. Two bedrooms downstairs. One with a double bed and one with a single bed. Loft upstairs with double bed. Parking space is available for several cars.

Nice guest house outside Klockrike

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.
