We are offering part of our carefully renovated house for rent. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the house. The Rivieralp leisure centre with an eco-friendly swimming area is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, and we have a private courtyard for motorbikes. Breakfast is available on request for an additional €8.

In winter, your stay will allow you to enjoy downhill or cross-country skiing and in summer you can go hiking. The ski resort is a stone's throw from the residence, there is also an adventure park, a battlefield, some restaurants, a takeaway pizzeria, a café and a convenience store.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

Located in Montbonnot in the heart of Grésivaudan, facing the Belledonne range and at the foot of the Chartreuse. The loft consists of: A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a 160 x 200 bed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, such as Dolce Gusto coffee maker, combined oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unsecured steep staircase, beware of small children. No parties or family gatherings. Non-smoking loft. No pets.

130 m2 house. (It's my primary residence, so it has personal belongings...) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright home, very nice view . I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for everyone's sake! following VERY unpleasant surprises (weddings in particular) do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! I speak English. non-smoking. neat cleaning of the house to be done upon your departure .

Nights in peace and greenery

The room is in a 1980s villa located in a quiet and green residential area of Meylan. The private balcony of the bedroom overlooks the park of a beautiful mansion which ensures it's quiet and unobstructed view. The room is about 12 m2, it has a king size bed. The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the innovative area. A bus stop is 50 meters from the house and serves this entire part of Meylan in minutes.

Mid-mountain studio-house

Welcome to mountain lovers! 30 m2 studio with small private terrace. Ideal accommodation for two people. Please note, the bed (160) is located on a mezzanine reached by a steep miller ladder. As a result, the property isn't a good fit for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Linens and towels provided, as well as crocs. As the parking space is small, it won't be possible to come with more than one car. I do not allow pets.
