Waldaue

Our Waldbach location is situated on the edge of an idyllic farm in the Westerwald region, with a wide view over meadows and forests as far as the eye can see. In the background, the gentle sound of a small stream accompanies you – your soundtrack to slowing down. Hiking trails through forest and field start directly from the cabin. The surrounding area can also be explored wonderfully by bike. In the evening you sit on the terrace or by the fire – with a wide view of nature and the feeling of being completely at one with yourself.

Close to nature in a beautiful house with garden / 10 beds

The old house is situated in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw away from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated over the past few years; only the façade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic, and a large property (approx. 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main noises are the occasional bleating of the neighbour's sheep.

Apartment with terrace spots

The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden a terrace with a view is reserved for guests. Access to the garden is from the parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and look forward to meeting you or a friendly greeting in the garden. We are hosting again because we have had wonderful experiences with travel ourselves.

Historical House in Schladern

Close to the Sieg river and waterfall, our home was built in 1897 by Elmore's for the company gardener. In 2010 we acquired this historical property and have been slowly and lovingly restoring it ever since. We have made many happy memories with friends and family here and have seen our children grow up along the way. We're now happy to offer our home comprising two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, winter garden, living and dining room for others to enjoy and love as much as we do.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Vacation in a half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Klein Kattult – Living in nature! Wine and indulgence

Come in & feel good! Everyone who comes into the wooden house finds themselves in the ambience of a cozy mountain hut. It simply invites you to feel good and sleep here heavenly. Especially in the winter months, it is pleasantly warm and cozy with the tiled stove. In summer it is pleasantly cool and after a long day of hiking you can enjoy the evening here. Cozy mobile home in nature

Relax in this special and quiet space. In our small mobile home, you have your peace and seclusion. It is located near our farm, the bathroom is on the courtyard grounds (about 80m away). We offer three caravan parking spaces for overnight stays. If there are campers, they will also use the bathroom. Only for guests who love nature and a camping atmosphere! You are welcome to bring your dog and/or horse. The open stable is next door.
