Located in the picturesque village of West Down, just 4 miles from the surfing beach of Woolacombe and a short drive to Croyde and Ilfracombe Harbour. The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the South West Coast path and Exmoor.
