We are just off the Cotswolds Way and very close to Leckhampton Hill where lovely walks/views/mountain biking can be accessed. Cheltenham is close by with its beautiful regency buildings, theatres, amazing shopping, galleries and fab dining/drinking options! Several festivals take place throughout the year including the famous Cheltenham race week. We're ideally located in the Cotswolds - perfect for a weekend break, a stopover if travelling north or south or an indulgent city break.
“Louisa was an amazing host, the extra thoughtful touches such as fresh milk, porridge, tea and coffee, plus toiletries made the whole experience so wonderful. The garden Room is exactly as it's described and beautifully clean. Within easy reach of Cheltenham but far enough out to be out of town. Thoughtful touches and great communication. Highly highly recommended.....”
A spacious, 870 sq ft / 80 sqm, two double bedroom apartment, taking up the entire lower ground floor of a beautiful Grade II listed Villa in central Cheltenham. Self contained, it has its own entrance and a separate kitchen, sitting room and bathroom with shower. It also has super fast 150mb wifi broadband.
“Absolutely beautiful apartment with many generous extras - a real home from home - one of the best airbnb experiences I've had! Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor, felt lovely and welcoming, and had absolutely everything we needed. Cupboards & fridge very well stocked plus lovely welcome breakfast goodies. It was easy 20 mins walk into Cheltenham or 5 mins in a taxi. Matthew is an excellent host - prompt & easy communications, very thoughtful and generous. We've already recommended to friends locally & we hope to be back too!”
Apple Tree Cottage is a charming Cotswold stone cottage, located right in the heart of Winchcombe with country pubs and shops just a stone's throw from the front door. Located on the most photographed street in the ancient Anglo-Saxon town of Winchcombe. Due to its location, the property is perfect for romantic getaways or a family break from the city. We provide complimentary welcome pack including milk, butter, bread, fresh flowers, biscuits plus our family's delicious Organic Gin+tonic!
“...such a lovely cottage and perfectly located in the charming village of Winchcombe. Loved the welcome hamper and the Inglenook fireplace provided a homely comfort; the warm glow and crackle of log fire together with tea and chatter, books and cake made for another world whenever the weather closed in. Jan's 65th birthday found us in easy reach of high tea at the Manor in Lower Slaughter (a village of unsurpassed beauty) and within a two minute walk of the White Hart for evening dinner (one of those rare eateries where everything is quietly but exactly 'right'). This cottage has gone in Jan's 'little book of places to remember' and we shall be booking again when Sudeley Castle, Gardens and Grounds (a 5 minute walk from the cottage) strut their spring-come-summer glory.”
