History: The property was built from 1920 and was a small beverage market until the early 2000s. Before the renovation, the tiny house was used as a warehouse / sales outlet.

There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Coffee, tea and basic amenities are provided free of charge. 2 baby travel beds including bed linen provided.

It is located in the attic of our residential building, is a total of about 50 square meters and has a large, bright room, a bathroom and a kitchen. You have your own realm above ours, which means we may meet, but you are still completely on your own. You can park your car on our property.
