I have been a guest of Kai and Despina several times and it was very nice as always. Everything was clean and tidy and I felt very comfortable. The area is quiet but you can get to the motorway in 5 minutes. I'd love to come back

We had a very nice weekend. Everything was very clear, from check-in to the amenities. The latter was phenomenal and perfect for a group trip. The landscape and the half-timbered style of the surrounding villages and the house itself were absolutely idyllic and there was plenty to do at the nearby Edertalsperre.

The place in the bear hole was simply fantastic! Quietly located with a beautiful view – just the place to relax and unwind. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail, so you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. Everything was clean and well equipped. You can tell right away that there's passion in this place. Full referral – we'd love to come back!

A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. The check-in worked wonderfully, the communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

The house conforms to the description in every respect. It's very nice, very comfortable, very quiet while being close to all amenities. We enjoyed the barbecue, heated pool, sauna and beautiful garden (and the singing of the many birds!)

Staying with Lene was excellent. We felt extremely comfortable! The house is enchanting and fully met our expectations. The location of the house is central in the village. Shopping is available and you are still quickly in the charming nature.

We were completely satisfied! Communication with Mascha was extremely friendly and fast. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations, it was clean, lovingly furnished and everything necessary was available (even spices, coffee and tea). There was even homemade cake to say goodbye. We will be happy to come back and can recommend this accommodation to everyone! Thank you.

I spent 4 relaxing days with my boyfriend and my parents. We were able to enjoy the place in the different weather conditions. On the sunny days, we enjoyed the lovingly landscaped garden with grilled food and babbling brooks, and on the rainy days, we went to the city centre, which is within walking distance. We were very kindly and warmly greeted by Sonja, received nice hiking tips and immediately felt welcome. The apartment was very clean and in the kitchen there was very good equipment, everything perfect for self-catering. The weather was wonderfully summery for a nice hike. We especially enjoyed the quiet location in nature, surrounded by flowering meadows. We were also able to sit outside in the garden and enjoy our coffee. Sonja is a warm and perfect hostess. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was beautifully furnished and we felt very comfortable. The communication with Bianca was very nice.

Our stay at Katja's place was pleasant. The space was clean and well-maintained, with new utensils that made meal preparation a breeze. The surrounding area was quiet, providing a restful environment. The host was responsive and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. A particular highlight for our young kid were the toys provided. However, it’s worth noting that the apartment is situated on the top floor, requiring several flights of stairs. Overall, a suitable accommodation for a tranquil getaway.

Beautiful, simple accommodation in a super quiet location with a wonderful terrace + garden. We only cooked a little and slept in the accommodation, but everything was fine. We were able to enjoy the evening in the beautiful garden and felt very comfortable. I would definitely take the accommodation for a small excerpt again. Contact with Eleonore was also super uncomplicated.

The key handover was very uncomplicated and flexible, Silvio's mother had left us cake and homemade jam for the reception. The apartment is excellently equipped and sparkling clean, the location as a starting point for activities and hikes in the Rhön perfect. We will be happy to come back!

Fantastic apartment in a great environment. We spent 2 nights here with our two children (3 and 8) and explored Fritzlar, the National Park and Kassel Wilhelmshöhe from there. The children particularly liked the playground right next to the house and Wolfgang and Simone are great hosts! The old rectory is beautiful! We will be happy to come back.

It was all fine again, just like the previous times. We look forward to being back in November!

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful residential area, the pretty apartment and that we could reach everything on foot. Such as the city centre, bakery, supermarket. We always got a parking space in the street. The Frauenberg Monastery, with a fantastic terrace overlooking Fulda, is only 15 minutes' walk away. On weekends, there is also a free shuttle from the city centre to here. We used this twice to get "home" faster. This was very handy. We recommend this place. The key box made it perfect for check-in.

A big thank you to Ingrid for letting us book the accommodation so spontaneously! The information in advance and on site was very helpful and good. The room on the ground floor of the house is equipped with two comfortable beds and in the evening you can sit comfortably on a small terrace in front of the house. The bathroom and kitchenette are quite small, but sufficient and extensively equipped. Ingrid herself is very likeable, hospitable and helpful. Looking forward to seeing you again!

great hospitable place ti stay area is quiet and air is very clean there is a small river nearby and you can hear the calming sound of water during the night. thats great for taking a fruitful rest
