Appartement avec entrée indépendante, salle de bain et salon, situé dans un quartier calme et arboré proche du tram à 15 minutes du centre ville. Nous pouvons accueillir 2 à 3 personnes (lit 1 place dans le salon). Il n’y a pas de coin cuisine mais une bouilloire et une cafetière.
