I attended a conference in Basel during the day and was happy about the free parking space on the street outside the house. I liked the apartment very much, it was very clean and extremely quiet and the bed super comfortable. Efficient heating, plenty of hot water for showering and lightproof blinds for a pitch dark bedroom. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster were available for breakfast. I didn't cook myself. The communication with Alexandra was very pleasant, check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would definitely choose this apartment again for my next conference in Basel. Clear recommendation! I was attending an event at the St. Jakobshalle, which is easily walkable. The place is really well equipped and was just perfect for three nights. I bumped into Andreas and he was super friendly and helpful.

A tasteful apartment and a wonderful host! Altogether I stayed more than a month as I was working across the border in Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully decorated and Gela and her family were very welcoming. I was fortunate to be there while they had their yearly street festival and met the lovely neighbors as well. The kitchen is well equipped and in the bathroom you can enjoy a bath tube as well. The public parking spots along the quiet road were sufficient an I never had an issue finding a spot. Another great plus was the large garden which you are free to use as well. All in all a perfect stay for short and especially long time. Thank you Gela and Stefan!
