Only 3 km away, you will find a swimming lake with a swimming bridge and kiosk. The apartment is bright and functional with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. Relax in this unique and quiet home. Here is high ceilings, lots of light and an excellent view. Live well with a lovely double bed on the loft and a lovely kitchen and living room in one - as in a real "New Yorker" apartment. Nice bathroom with everything you need and a unique raw kitchen. What I love most about my apartment is that it's cozy and full of light. No one can peek in, so you can walk around as you like. And then it's so nice to sleep on the loft. Here you will have a special experience.
