Apartment holiday rentals in Binnenstad

Gorgeous house with great and high-quality equipment. We were there with 4 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby and there was nothing missing. Very many children's games were available, high chair, crib, fall-out protection for the bed, Bollerwagen etc. Good and fast communication. Unfortunately, not everything was really clean when we arrived, as there was a dog in the house in front of us, but a cleaner was sent by immediately. The house is highly recommended for families!

A good place for a long stay. It was Spring and the park close by was a delight. Grocery store and Groningen Noord rail station are close by. Recommend Bramble for an aperitif. The place itself is comfortable boho chic with the essentials one needs and a lovely little porch to sit outside. Agnes was very helpful and there if needed. She was welcoming and made me feel at home.

We stayed with Anne for 5 nights and were extremely satisfied. Anne is very nice and responds quickly to all kinds of concerns. The apartment is small but nice and central on the outskirts of the village. We felt very comfortable and also our dog was very satisfied with the two garden areas in front of and behind the house. It was all absolutely straightforward and a great place to relax. We will be happy to come back. :)

Guest-friendly hostess, were welcomed with a warm welcome. House is sparkling clean. Thinks gladly with you gives tips about the area. Can use the campsite capfun, which has plenty of activities for the children. We'd love to come back.

Our stay at Volker's was wonderful! Very nice reception with key handover and apartment tour. Apartment comfortably furnished in an East Frisian style. Great location to relax. We will be happy to come back! :-)

We had a great time again in the apartment Leevke and especially for families the Uplewarder Grashaus is absolutely recommended: there is a games room, a small playground and a lot of nature. Our dog also felt very comfortable and was able to rush through the greenery. It is wonderfully quiet and over New Year's Eve you hardly noticed anything about the bang - which is great especially for dog owners. We fully recommend the place. Unfortunately, the laundry package (bedding, towels) had to be paid extra on site, which is quite unusual especially for Airbnb listings! Normally, this will be charged in the total price, making the costs clearer. Likewise, 22 euros per person is quite high. The extra costs were also pointed out in the ad, so there were no "hidden" costs - especially since this is also an optional offer. Yet it is unusual for Airbnb.

We had a wonderful time in Marian’s place. It’s very cute, with the bedroom partly under water level, which makes it extra romantic. Its super central and it had everything we needed for a weekend in Leeuwarden. Marian was also very responsive and flexible. Would recommend!

Fantastic apartment, friendly and welcoming host, many nice touches which were fantastic after days of cycling.

Wonderful place to stay: everything you need is present in the accommodation; the area is very quiet, amenities are close by, you can immediately start hiking or cycling in the beautiful surroundings!

Nice, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. I stayed here for three months and had a great time. The rooms are big and well-equipped. The only sound comes from a hundred birds singing in the morning. The city center is located 15-20 minutes away by bike.

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

Thoughtful garden house in close proximity to sights, restaurants, parks, and the train station. Easy to walk or bike from here to all the Groningen has to offer. Niko was very nice and has put a lot of time into making this place a nice place to stay. I recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Wonderful stay. We enjoyed the sparkling clean surroundings and beautiful location very much. Here it is wonderful to sit inside and outside. Everything was neatly present/tidy. Jacuzzi is very nice and private. The host is incredibly helpful and committed. We felt very welcome and would probably come back. The location is also great, right at the edge of the forest and a 20 min walk to downtown

We had a very great stay at the guesthouse. Everything was clean the host was very accommodating and polite. I'd love to come back.

Remote enough to be peaceful. Close enough to access everything we needed. Plenty of room, careful attention to detail, a lot of unexpected bonuses like food, wine, spa elements, etc. Very comfortable and easy. Ina was very gracious and we had no issues.

What it was planned for as girls weekends with us and Jantina would be super helpful and reachable. We really felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. We had optionally booked the hot tub with €30/night. This was neatly chlorinated (which does not go away with changing visitors) and clean.
