Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is in the backyard of a listed red clinker complex from the 1920s. We have expanded an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak of high quality. We offer: - 5 m high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live only a few minutes away and are happy to be available to our guests as a contact person. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Never use the flower pots as an ashtray (someone has already done that...)!

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.
