Its prime location will allow you to fully enjoy the view of the beach and further away the lighthouse. The living room offers an ideal setting to relax after a day of sun and sightseeing. Sit back on the sofa and enjoy this view and the shades of blue to emerald green that change every moment with the tides. A place to anchor ⚓️

Direct access to the customs trail, the seawater pool located on the beach below. Enjoy and let yourself be lulled by the sound of waves when you wake up. Hammock and deckchairs available for summer, Netflix for winter evenings.

Indoor pool and beach 300 meters away

The pool is open from April 1st to November 15th and heated to 28 degrees; its use is shared. It is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, 300 meters from the beach, I will be happy to host you in an independent apartment located on the ground floor of my house The GR34 passes in front of the house and will allow you to hike on the coastal trails and swim in the sea

Villa "Glaz" with indoor pool heated to 28°

New house completed in early February 2019. It has a surface area of 126 m² + the pool building of 60 m². The house sleeps 8 with a maximum of 4 adults. The pool is heated to 28° summer and winter and is reserved for tenants. Lantic is a quiet town near the beaches (Binic and St Quay Portrieux 7 km, Etables 5 km) There are also activities (nearby zoo, golf, tree climbing etc...)

Vous disposerez d'une extension de 25 m2 avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine chauffée et une cuisine d’été de 10 m2. Un local fermé vous permettra de ranger vos vélos. L'ensemble se situe dans une rue calme d'un hameau de Binic tranquille et sympa, à 2 km des plages, des commerces et des restaurants. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux enfants en bas âge et aux bébés.
