Tennis, 6 complimentary Yolo bikes, backyard fire pit. 6 Tommy B complimentary chairs and you may also rent chair/umbrella service on the beach (usually 1 row of chairs!). Sat-Sat rentals in prime season. Must be 25 years old. No smoking.

Pet fee of 200 dollars per pet- We need a photo of your dog within 48 hours of booking- Beach Service for 2!

However, you might not want to leave once you discover the covered rooftop deck, private garden patio, comfortable main floor living space, and king beds in every bedroom!

Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
