This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. On the outside with old beautiful sandstone, modern from the inside. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with family bed(3m) there we sleep 4 :) You can pull out the couch. Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.
