The swimming lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Great place, close to several ski resorts, very complete home with everything you need and more! Nadine is a very friendly and responsive host, and has made our stay a fantastic one!

The apartment was perfectly appointed. Wonderful views, extremely comfortable and all the home comforts needed. A short and very pretty walk into town, where there are several nice restaurants and places for coffee and drinks . The view from the balcony is stunning. Britta was a super a helpful host, assisting us with restaurants and local information. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

The accommodation is very idyllically located and has an incredible view of the mountains. There was a good basic equipment in the cottage & we could turn on the wood stove in the evening, which was very cozy. Eric was super friendly and also gave us recommendations for hiking trails. Overall, we had a really nice weekend :)

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

A spectacular place, Till is very kind, always has a good disposition and tries to be aware of the needs of his guests, super open to communication and has very good recommendations of activities to do, but what made it special was the treatment he gave my 3 dogs, he took excellent care of them and as it was raining when we arrived, he had towels ready to dry them.

Amazing place! Just as pictured. Incredible view. So relaxing and close to get to paragliding, funicular, and hiking, biking or just walking. Very clean, great amenities. Everything you need for cooking including oils, spices etc as well as espresso is in stocked kitchen. Stefan was readily available to answer questions and was there when we arrived. Would give 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Gabriele's apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated. The apartment is very conveniently located for hiking and the Eibsee can be reached quickly by bus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the option to purchase drinks for a very small amount via self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, like a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We were in the accommodation for a few days and we felt very comfortable right away. Communication with Klemens and Judith was also great and questions were answered quickly. Recommendations for the area were also given on request, which made us very happy. Everything was perfect all around!

we visited the apartment as a family and were more than satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped, the house is in a quiet area that offers direct many opportunities for hiking. Especially great for children is the large and very well-equipped playground right behind the house. The hosts wrote very friendly messages and explained everything easily and well. This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is simply great: clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. You feel very comfortable right away. The location is also really good. You can reach many places relatively quickly by car and you can also take beautiful walks/hikes from the apartment. Greta is an excellent host, you couldn't ask for a better one. She puts so much effort into everything and takes excellent care of her guests...gives tips, thinks about excursion destinations, hikes, etc. - simply great! THANK YOU!!!

We spent 3 nights in Simone and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, we enjoyed the short holiday very much and felt completely comfortable in the apartment.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

Very lovely place which felt comfortable to stay for longer! It was just very pity to spend there only 1 night :(
